The Elementary School Oratorical Semi-Finals will be taking place on Feb. 22nd at the Forsyth County Courthouse, 101 East Courthouse Square, Cumming, GA  30040.

Forsyth-Cumming Optimist Club members should arrive at 5:00.  Contestants will arrive at 5:30 with the contest beginning at 6:00.
